This scientific note presents the XIX National Congress of Science and Techonology organized by the Panamanian Association for the Advancement of Science (APANAC) at the Marriott Panama HOtel in Panama City, from September 26 to 29, 2023. This academic space has been outlined, on the one hand, as an opportunity to disseminate results of research carried out in Panama; and on the other, promote spaces so that student-researchers are recognized in the exercise of communication of his incipient studies in science and technology. Some of the 438 are discussed works presented, highlighting Health Sciences and Basic Sciences. The interdisciplinary nature of the congress, open to Panamanian institutions, confirmed the leadership provided by the scientific community to APANAC, becoming an interesting scientific meeting space between various nations, researchers and disciplinary areas.
